The business and affairs of the Association are conducted at regularly scheduled meetings of the Board of Directors. Board meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of the month at 7:15 p.m. in the Salon according to a calendar adopted by the Board at its organizational meeting following the Association's Annual Meeting.

Association members who wish to present items for Board consideration may do so at the Open Forum of any regular Board Meeting or submit them in writing, either in person, by mail, or by email to the Board of Directors.

2014 Board Meetings

The Association's Board of Directors meets regularly, once per quarter, on the fourth Wednesdays of February, April, September, and October at 7:15 p.m. in the Salon. Other meetings of the Board are called by special notice in accordance with the Article 5.3 of Association's Bylaws.

The Association's Annual meeting is the last Monday of January
at 6:30 p.m. in the Salon.
